Hurling is a Gaelic/Irish sport. It is very popular in Ireland and Limerick made it to the All Ireland finals in 2007. I watched the match in the city on a big screen in the main street. The atmosphere was great. Sadly enough Limerick lost. Here are some impressions. When you click on a photo it will bring you to my Flickr page where you click on "all sizes" to view the bigger size. The last series "Prague by night" was done in November but I had to redo it because the photos wouldn't open as a bigger size for some reason. That's fixed now but it shows up as sent in January. Anyway, here are some more Prague impressions. Prague is one of my favourite cities. I normally prefer to be reasonably close to the sea and Prague is in the middle of Europe. So how come I like it so much? Well, it has the river Vlatava flowing through it which makes up for it being landlocked.
I was thinking of what to post next. So many photos waiting to be edited and posted. A lot of people shots too. I decided to post a few night shots I took in Prague.
It is often said that you should take night shots when there is still some light in the sky but I like to isolate the buildings with a totally black sky. I also like to do some photoshop work to get the right mood that I more or less felt when shooting them. I'm curious to see what you think of them.
