Happy 2010. A frosty start.

I took a little break from posting on my blog. I was still posting but mainly event photos on Facebook.
Time to make a fresh start (pun intended) in 2010. We had some lovely frosty mornings and last Saturday, I went outside and just took a few photos.
For those of you who are wondering about some of the shots. Well the clothes pegs are obvious, then there is a shot of light falling on part of a iced up spiders web through the gap of a fence and there is one of an iced up drop on a spiders web, well, what's left of the web anyway. All the shots were taken outside of my house.

Lovely pics Dolf :)
I still can't believe we're having such a wintery winter in Ireland. It's great stuff though :D

Love the frosty clothespin

I too shoot with a Canon 5D MKII and instinctively knew your photograph was made with this camera.

Thanks, Kevin and thanks POV.
POV > I really like the 5D MKII. It's nice to have a full frame camera again. I also love my 40D that I still have as a back-up camera. I will have a look at your photos too.

See you soon!

Thanks for commenting, Federica. :) Nice to hear from you.
The frost is gone here now. Back to the rain and softer weather, at least for a while.

Hi Koye.
Thanks for the compliments. I had a look at your blog and like your shots so I'm now a follower. I think you're doing just fine. You have a good eye for composition and a good eye for subjects too. :)
